The Central Statistical Office, reports a large increase of 15.2% (y-o-y) in sold industrial production in Poland in November 2021. The average growth of sold industrial production in Poland up to November 2021 is already 15.45% (calculated y-o-y), while in the same period of 2020, there was a -2.08% drop in industrial production sales. In 2021, the average monthly sales increase was 2.33% (calculated mdm 2021). On the other hand, the average increase in industrial production sales from January 2021 to November 2021 is 14.05%, while in the same period of 2020, i.e. January-November, there was an average decrease in industrial production sales of -3.39%.
Referring to other data published by the Central Statistical Office (CSO), it should be noted that it was private companies that generated more than 90% of the growth, i.e. almost 14%, in Poland, of which domestic private property entities generated 7.5% of the increase in industrial production sales in November 2021.
It is the private sector, which accounts for more than 90%1, of the value of industrial production sold. Of this, almost 50%1, is the value of sold industrial production of domestic private property companies. The remaining over 38%1, is the value of sold industrial production of foreign owned entities and just over 8%1, of public sector companies.
It is worth noting here that it is the companies of domestic private ownership that develop sales the most, accounting for 82% in 2005, of the value of industrial production sold, and already over 90% in 2019.
