MM: We have already met several times in connection with management publications prepared for us.
DW: Professional experience, but also a penchant for difficult topics, pushes me towards restructuring services. Hence my interest in the Theory of Constraints during my doctoral studies at the Warsaw University of Technology and its practice in companies where I carried out restructuring. This experience also opened up a wide range of opportunities for me in investment areas, for example assistance in the sale of enterprises, especially manufacturing ones.
MM: Our meeting today results from the new area you are entering as: spare-capacities.
DW: We have launched the spare-capacities web application, which we want to make a nationwide steel processing production program. Coinciding with our marketing slogan: "we will process all of Europe", it aims to obtain orders for broadly understood steel processing for Polish companies that want to cooperate with us.
Thanks to our spare-capacity application, we want to unite forces and summarize the capabilities of steel processing companies in Poland. We want to show that Polish production, our capabilities, are much greater than the existing information about them, and the quality of our production is unrivaled throughout Europe.
MM: What is so unusual and unique about your application, thanks to which Polish companies will be able to obtain orders from all over the world?
First of all, we have prepared in one place, in our spare-capacities application, a lot of condensed information, many unique solutions, and wide possibilities that cannot be found elsewhere. Focusing on the security of both applications and, above all, the security of economic transactions.
Moreover, a very simplified and instinctive way of using our application, not limited by unnecessary requirements. In this one place, each company has its own individual portfolio. Moreover, and importantly, all entities will also be qualified according to: technical capabilities, certificates, quality and safety management systems. By participating in our application, you will also be able to follow steel processing trends in Poland.
MM: Many business entities resign from foreign cooperation, fearing costly proceedings in the case of unsettled transactions.
DW: Therefore, the solutions we have prepared, based on the proposals of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, guarantee receipt of payment for the product received by a foreign customer and manufactured by a Polish entity. According to the solutions being prepared, to receive payment for the service provided, confirmation of receipt of the quality of the product that has been ordered will be required. This is an extraordinary simplification and security of receiving remuneration for work.
MM: How can you be sure that your spare-capacities application will bring new, lucrative and safe orders to Polish companies?
DW: Our Polish production wins in several areas, but primarily in the area of quality, which I am convinced of also from my own experience. And quality is not only about producing the product ordered by the customer, but also about making it at the right time. Our spare-capacities application will primarily promote specific Polish companies and the entire steel processing production area in Poland, which is currently a complete rarity, as few companies from this area conduct any marketing campaigns.
Our company's activities include that at the beginning of next year we will launch a promotional campaign, initially in Europe, in particular in Germany, Austria and Italy. It will aim to promote and advertise the specific production capabilities of Polish steel processing companies that will participate in our spare-capacity program.
Moreover, further unique solutions are being prepared to promote Polish opportunities, especially in the area of research and development, which, combined with the above-mentioned spare-capacities application, will constitute a complex for promoting Polish companies.
